Staff changes

New year, new mods!

HalosGhost and slithery have kindly agreed to pick up mod duties: please make them feel welcome.

And, after a long tenure, fsckd is handing in the banhammer. Fsckd has been a significant contributor here (and in IRC) and we are all very grateful for the huge amount of work over the years. The Taco Lounge awaits!

Re: Staff changes

I expect extra guacamole and cheese with my tacos. May be some more habaneros while you're at it. Chop chop, hop to it lads.

But seriously, congrats!

Re: Staff changes

Hi All!

Just wanted to let you know that I have no significant plans to change the BBS as we know it. (Though, I am mulling over a FluxBB plugin similar to my apparently infamous hatroulette phrik game.) tongue

In the meantime, I'll probably start by just banning everyone; you know, just clean house a bit. smile

fsckd, Thank you for everything you've done and continue to do!

All the best

Re: Staff changes

Congratulations to all involved, and please enjoy the tacos @fsckd (the best part of the forums are drool-inducing)!

Heck, I though @slithery was already a mod. sheesh!

Don't forget to ban me! My forum title is a bit long and "Banned" would be quite a bit shorter. smile

Re: Staff changes

And HG gets the first ban!  Slithery, are you going to let him pull ahead like that?  Get to it!

Re: Staff changes

I tried to ban alad too since he asked, but I think allan broke the bbs because I just get an error; seems like a bannable offense, but I presume if I can't ban alad, I can't ban allan.

I almost forgot! I brought ?s for everyone!

FluxBB doesn't like the unicode taco, apparently. I'm sorry, I've failed you as I only brought tacos of the unicode variety today ):

All the best,

-HG

Kidding. I have no interest whatsoever in moderator or administrative duties. I'd much rather contribute in other ways.

All jokes aside, congrats HG and slithery! smile

Wait...the regulations state that a mod must be able to deal fairly in tacos...
Can you...handle that?

Is that why Phrak isn't getting hacked anymore?
His hacker couldn't blackmail him for a lifetime supply of tacos?

Hmm? I was thinking that he was getting too fat, so he had to ditch this place as part of his exercise regimen!
