mounting usb storage device on a light setup based on lxdm and lxde

Hi,

Ater a fresh install, I struggled a little bit to get auto-mounting usb storage devices in a setup that is based on lxdm and lxde.

I have red the following archlinux wiki USB storage devices that leads me to the Udisks pages but I could not found an answer on this page. Though I found that I could make this work by running udiskie that can be runned at each new session by adding "udiskie &" in ~/.xinitrc from wiki of udiskie. But this does not work! Udiskie does not run after logging in the lxde session whereas .xinitrc seems to be read because other command line I putted there seems to be runned as it setup my keyboard (command line is setxkbmap -model abnt2 -layout br -variant abnt2). What do I do wrong?

[manu@manulemalin ~]$ more .xinitrc
udiskie &
setxkbmap -model abnt2 -layout br -variant abnt2

Is there any other smarter solution than to run manually udiskie which is my current solution?

Big fat notice in on the LXDM wiki:

Note that LXDM does not source ~/.xinitrc
