Change motherboard and cpu

I use Arch linux . last week my motherboard failed and I change it and change cpu too.my last cpu was AMD and new one is Intel.
Today when I boot Arch, I see Arch can not boot.
I see this

I want only boot Arch and copy all data to another HDD and reinstall OS

Can you boot the fallback image?

Just boot using the fallback option then regenerate your initramfs.
