Good evening.
I am having a problem with the camera of my PC (it is a laptop: Toshiba Portege Z830-10F): it lags! For example if I open "Cheese", the video looks like 3 frames per second. Executing with terminal, it returns this error

There may be a timestamping problem, or this computer is too slow.
So, I went to the wiki (exactly here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Webcam_setup) and found out the package i need: "qc-usb" for the "Logitech Quickcam Web". The problem is that that package isn't existing anymore. I also tried gphoto2, but it didn't work too. So how can i fix that problem? Thanks

Maybe you can try guvcview and check if changing any of the configuration options helps. Also from your description it seems you are talking about a builtin camera, what makes you think you need anything Logitech related to make it work?

Thanks! Trying with guvcview it seems better, it still lag but very little. So how can I set the configuration that works better to all programs, like Cheese, Skype and others?
P.S. The camera is a builtin, but I thought of a Logitech Webcam because of the PC webcam details, but probably it isn't.
