I would suspect that it can repair the errors but you will encounter more errors in the future.  See what the smart short test reveals.
Edit:
By repair the errors I mean make the filesystem consistent so that corrupted files can be rewritten not recover lost data.

I see. I hoped it would repair the errors so I will be able to use it till I buy new hdd.
