I've installed Arch on VirtualBox as a dry run for rebuilding my Arch laptop.
Further details:
2TB virtual disk (dynamic VDI)
/boot: FAT32, 512MB
/root: F2FS, 50GB
/data: F2FS, remaining space
UEFI boot
rEFIind boot manager
I'm left in the UEFI Interactive Shell.
First time using f2fs and rEFIind. I've successfully installed Grub on ext4 many times.
I thought I read f2fs needs some additional modules in mkinitcpio.conf? But I can't find that thread now...
My hardware is Lenovo X1 Yoga with 1TB SSD, UEFI, dual boot with Windows (required for work). I'm trying to simulate my environment in VB.
I'm sure I need to provide more logs and/or config files, but I'm not sure what to send.
Thanks...

What do you mean you're left at the "UEFI Interactive Shell"? If you really got a UEFI shell somehow, that would imply your bootloader isn't being loaded at all.

I mean after I boot the virtual machine I get this window:

Ok, thanks...

So what do your nvram entries look like when you check them with efibootmgr?

I've installed Arch on VirtualBox
VirtualBox forgets the NVRAM entries when you shut down the the VM.
Did you read the wiki?
