I was install it from AUR, last version, nvidia-drivers is last version, also like bumblebee and bbswitch.
About problem: when i try to go to another tty, then kill X-server and progs, than type nvidia-xrun in console, all works.

This is quite a common thing. I get a simmilar issue with nvidia-xrun and xfce. Basically something continues to use the nvidia_drm module, blocking its removal
You can have a look at the following bug report.
https://github.com/Witko/nvidia-xrun/issues/32
I wasn't entirely convinced that stopping and restarting systemd-logind was the best of ideas, especially if you have a display manager still open on another tty. Plus by the time you've done that and manually removed the modules and stopped the card, you may as well have done a reboot and 'fixed' it that way anyway.
