firefox fonts and command line

Hi,

aftter one of the last  upgrades about three days ago I have very ugly fonts in my firefox (running in kde).
Furthermore some package seems to have broken the nano --nowrap option somehow...
even though in my .bashrc (and the root  one's) an alias is defined (for nano -w) it just does not work...
while nano -w on the commandline works.

both problems are really anoying...

Re: firefox fonts and command line

Your font problem is with all of GTK, and it seems that it's related to Cairo.

I have no answer for the problem with Nano.

Re: firefox fonts and command line

i rechecked the nano problem.
it _only_ happens when using sudo nano for editing a file...
it does not happen with su and then nano though!!
and it does not happen without the sudo...

thank you,

Daniel
