Google Music Store makes it easy to purchase and download songs from my favourite artists.
Nowadays, it seems opus is the most efficient loss audio format when it comes to size and audio quality.
So I started converting purchased 320kbps mp3 to 256kbps opus.
I want to know whether the rate "256kbps" suffices or wastes.

Compare frequency histograms. This can be done easily in Audacity.
Not a lot of storage space, eh?

do A/B testing and keep reducing the bitrate until you can distinguish the difference. It helps if you have good quality headphones
