[SOLVED] Geany fails and no icons in File Manager

While working through several issues, recently, this one cropped up.

No icons in any file manager and Geany fails due to icon issues with this as one of many error messages: (geany:1139): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not load a pixbuf from icon theme.

I wanted to put the fix out there since it took me quite a while to find:

# pacman -S gdk-pixbuf2

Geany depends on gtk3 which depends on gdk-pixbuf2.

You must have done something silly to not have it on your system in the first place.
