How to have _ICC_PROFILE and _ICC_PROFILE_1 set with colord from edid

I have no calibration profiles. Only those generated by colord in ~/.local/share/icc/edid-*.icc
I'm not able to load those profiles with dispwin because it claims: Dispwin: Error - File '.local/share/icc/edid-9d3c0dffe2536ec07b621ab3fab99a04.icc' is not a valid ICC profile or Argyll .cal file

loading "valid" profile with

dispwin -d 2 -I ~/.local/share/icc/Dell_U2410_sRGB_mode.icc

sets it for both _ICC_PROFILE and _ICC_PROFILE_1 (bug?) but loads calibration curves only for selected display (colors changed)

I'm checking current profiles with darktable-cmstest
