KDE Strange Scaling Issue

I tried moving to KDE from GNOME, but I have a weird desktop scaling issue. The Plasma desktop and Qt programs (Kate, Dolphin, etc.) are scaled to 2x, while GTK programs (Firefox, Nemo, Tilix, etc.) look fine. The cursor is also affected. Display scaling in the System Settings does nothing.

Setup:
Arch Linux 64-bit, Kernel 4.15.7
KDE 5.43.0, Plasma 5.12.3
KWin X11

Hardware:
Intel i7-8700K
Nvidia GTX 1080 (Proprietary driver 390.25)
LG 4k monitor

So far I've tried rescaling through system settings, adjusting font sizes, changing the desktop theme, forcibly restarting SDDM, and reinstalling the Plasma group.
