[XFCE]How to transparent background for icon titles in desktop?
I follow the wiki to create a .gtk-2.0 file in home directory, but has no effect.
Any suggestion please...

It's gtkrc-2.0 in your home folder. Do your homework.

found the reason: installed the xfdesktop-gtk3 from the other repo. reinstall xfdesktop from offical repo solved the problem. thanks @archimboldo and @wincc
