Random sound skips

About 6 months ago, I started experiencing 1-2 second long random sound skips every 2-10 minutes or so.
This happens in  firefox, chromium (in Youtube) and clementine, but not in mpv for some reason (or at least I haven't noticed).
My sound works fine in Windows 10 (dual boot).

I'm running snd-usb-audio DAC device (DigiHug USB Audio) ALSA+PulseAudio with the default configs, except I  blacklisted all other sound devices.
I reinstalled Arch from scratch a month ago, but the problem persisted.

Any ideas?
