Lenovo Flex 5 fingerprint reader

I've been installing arch on my Lenovo Flex 5.  It is a fabulous laptop with an excellent screen a great new inexpensive 8250u (4 core/8 thread) cpu.

I've essentially gone through all of the configuration to get all of its features working, except for 1.  I cannot get the fingerprint reader working.  I tried both fprint and fingerprint-gui.  Here is the relevant information:
