Audio Capture and Window Capture not working on OBS

I'm getting a weird image with OBS window capture and checking the mesa workaround option just gives me a black screen, screen capture seems to work fine. Audio Capture is also not working. I'm using XFCE with pulseaudio.

I'm experiencing the same issue.  XFCE4, trying to window capture (says "xcomposite" in the option).  Some windows render, others do not.
