Zen Touch & Gnomad2

Need some help getting my Zen working. Turn on my player and fire up gnomad. I get a "No jukeboxes found on USB bus." I've searched the forums to no avail. Any ideas? Here is some info:

1st you need this
then take a look here
youll probably need to adjust the last one for your particular device

Yeah, I came across those. But I don't think mine is a permissions issue. It just acts like there is nothing there. I check /proc/bus/usb/ and it does see my zen. Thanks for your help though. Also....I've done everything in those two threads just to be on the safe side.

ok but did you try them ?
does your player work while logged in as root?
if so try what i suggested , let us know what you come up with
if it works change the subject title adding [solved]

Yeah, I tried them. It does not work as root. I get the same message.

were you able to get any info from   

udevinfo -a -p /sys/devices/pci0000:00/path/to/device 

       you need to replace /path/to/device  with relevent characters , that is if your paticular device will work with linux

have you looked here for any help
