Need some help getting my Zen working. Turn on my player and fire up gnomad. I get a "No jukeboxes found on USB bus." I've searched the forums to no avail. Any ideas? Here is some info:

Yeah, I came across those. But I don't think mine is a permissions issue. It just acts like there is nothing there. I check /proc/bus/usb/ and it does see my zen. Thanks for your help though. Also....I've done everything in those two threads just to be on the safe side.

does your player work while logged in as root?
if so try what i suggested , let us know what you come up with
if it works change the subject title adding [solved]
