Activating Global Menu on KDE/Plasma

I'm trying to activate the Global Menu on Plasma, but on the settings screen where is supposed to have the options isn't there. Am I missing anything, like installing a specific package?

I´ve created a new Panel with the GlobalMenu in it. It works

Everything is right. I just have switched on service looks after an application menu.
