Gnome3 longer application name in "Show applications"

Does anyone know how to set longer titles for icons in applications? Longer I mean show eg. two lines.. As you can see on the picture there are three icons for KDE Connect Indicator - App + sub/apps running an app is like playing Mines in Windows (if you know what I mean) big_smile

Mod Edit - Replaced oversized image with link.
CoC - Pasting pictures and code

@ooo: That's not what I ment.. that extensions is for app overview. I have problem in the "Show apps" menu (list of installed apps) as it shows max 15 to 17 characters and then ellipsis

Re: Gnome3 longer application name in "Show applications"

Sorry, I actually posted the wrong merge request. This is the one I had in mind, although it seems there haven't been much progress to get it merged.

Here's even newer merge request that looks more promising. It should be quite simple to apply in gnome-shell PKGBUILD yourself, if it happens to apply against gnome-3-28 branch.
