Check the bios/fw setup and make sure that bluetooth is not disabled.
For my thinkpad, rfkill shows the bluetooth somehow related to tpacpi. You should post your full dmesg, grepping the output for bluetooth may be missing important information.

I don't see anything that jumps out as wrong (apart from not a single line about bluetooth in the output of dmesg) but I would remove '"acpi_osi=!Windows 2013" acpi_osi=Linux nogpumanager' from the kernel line as a start.
You should also download the latest firmware version and apply the update, you have bios version 2.18 and there is not version 2.31 available for your laptop. I don't see any fixes related to bluetooth specifically but it might help, and even if it doesn't it will include security fixes.

What did you mean by the firmware update? BIOS update or something else?

Yes it is bios update but since that machine probably has uefi it's technically called firmware now not bios ![]()
On the same note, also make sure to check in the updates page for your machine if there are tpm updates and/or management engine firmware updates and also apply those.
Regarding the acpi_osi override, as a debug measure try without anything and later add only as little as possible to make things work, for example I couldn't find anything about 'nogpumanager' in the kernel's documentation.
