[Solved] New Chromium 65.0.3325.146-1 issues

Hi all,

Anyone else upgraded to new chromium 65.0.3325.146-1 package? I've noticed several issues that I've never come across in years of using chromium:

1) The window widgets in the top right corner are absolutely huge. They fill the whole space available to them. I've tried changing the theme but it's of no help.

2) Chromium doesn't remember anymore which windows are minimized and which are visible on the desktop after a restart. Now it just shows all windows and doesn't remember which ones I've minimized.

All these issues are new to 65.0.3325.146-1 and after downgrading to chromium-64.0.3282.186-1, they disappear and everything's back to normal.

Please vote for all the AUR packages you're using. You can mass-vote for all of them by doing: "pacman -Qqm | xargs aurvote -v" (make sure to run "aurvote --configure"  first)

Which WM and theme(s) are you experiencing issue one with?
If you can reproduce the issues with chrome you might try https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py

Finally, the first issue has been fixed with chromium 65.0.3325.181-6 build.... thanks to  Evangelos Foutras (foutrelis) who's doing an amazing job maintaining Chromium.

Second issue seems to have been fixed upstream. It will trickle down eventually. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/57746

I'll mark this thread as solved. Thanks Ioqs for that link.
