Installing : problem after first reboot

hi everybody , I got a problem in a new installation (laptop HP) that block the charge of arch if i didn't press ENTER , the consol said :

hostname login : [ 2.870365] [drm:hwss_wait_for_blank_complete [amdgpu]] *ERROR*
DC : failed to blank crtc!
[ 4.197506] kdf kdf : error getting iommu info. is the iommu enable ?
[ 4.197540] kdf kdf : error initializing iommuv2 for device 1002:9874

finally :

[ 4.200380] kdf kdf : device 1002:9874 NOT added due to errors 

and here stop the login till I press Enter ...

could somebody help me about ?

Are you sure it is 'stopped'? What happens if you enter your user name and password as normal?

after have pressed ENTER i can log in but not before

What I think that WorMzy is getting at is that the system has printed a log in prompt, then something else gets posted to the console as a result of something that happens after the login prompt was printed.
The belief is that you see that thing that was posted, and assume that the system is not in a login state and you wait.  Did you try to blindly enter your user name when you think it is hung -- before pressing return?  What happens if you change to a different console using Ctrl-Alt-F2
