[SOLVED] No custom icons in Thunar (Downloads, Documents,...) in i3

Hi there.

After installing theme Arc and icon pack Arc and Thunar in i3 window manager, all the icons for folders like Downloads, Documents, Videos, Pictures looks the same as any other folder. How can I fix this? Using the same theme on another computer but with gnome these icons are all different. Where is this set?

SOLVED:

 sudo pacman -S xdg-user-dirs && xdg-user-dirs-update 

did the trick. Apperantly after you install DE xdg-user-dirs also gets automatically installed together with update command but not with WM like in my case.

Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I know how to change theme or icon sets... manually and with lxappearance. What I don't know is why icons like special icons for folders like "Downloads", "Pictures", "Movies" aren't set properly within i3 and Thunar as with gnome and Thunar works perfectly. What I did notice that the only special icon "Desktop" work is it has symbolic link.... Anyone know how to convince Thunar in i3 to use 'special' icons reserved for "Downloads", "Documents", "Pictures" would be much appreciated.
