usb disk not mounting

Hey All,
I was formatting a disk and the power went out, the obvious problem is that now it won't mount, shows up with lsusb but not with lsblk or fdisk, any ideas on how to restore this disk, I have tried testdisk but that wont see it either.

If it doesn't show up in lsblk then I think you're out of luck.

You might be able to check in dmesg if it states a reason for why it can't create a device node, but yeah you might be SOL here.
