[SOLVED] Ctrl-Shift-U doesn't work anymore after GNOME 3.28 upgrade

Since Arch updated GNOME to 3.28, I can't use Ctrl-Shift-U anymore in any application to input Unicode codepoints.

If you're encountering this issue, it should be fixed in next gnome-shell release.

Possibly related, I can't use the compose key in the run box, but in normal application it works fine. Ctrl-Shift-U still doesn't.
