Your sync database is outdated.
pacman -Syu
If that doesn't help, pick a different mirror and try again.

I suggest use pacman -Syu for install new packages
Never run "-Sy" without "-u". However, it's absolutely fine to install packages without "-y". As long as the system is upgraded with every database refresh (-Syu), the packages in the database are compatible. The only thing that can happen is that the download fails with a 404 error (as in this case) because the package is no longer there.
