I have some small problems with opening gnome-alsamixer and eterm...
When I try to open them in Xterm, it say that it don't know the command (bash: eterm: command not found), and I don't know why it do this, on other systems it work with these commands

Well, for eterm use a capital E:
$ Eterm

Try this:
pacman -S eterm
It seems you don't have eterm installed. And arch doesn't have this installed by default

Try the following:
pacman -S gnome-alsamixer amarok-base
When ever there is a program you want but don't have and you know the name of, try this:
pacman -Ss <name>
That will search the arch database for the programs. Alot of times it will have them, someties it won't.

Try what twiistedkaos suggested. If it still doesn't work, maybe you need to update your paths. Do a:
echo $PATH
and check if /opt/gnome/bin and /opt/kde/bin are in the list. If they're not listed, logout and log back in. That will update your paths.
