[Solved]Libreoffice automatically start when i startx

Few days ago i upgraded my system.

After that, when i log on, libreoffice automatically start even though i didn't do anything.

Any suggestion?

What i've done

1. checked .xprofile .bashrc .xinitrc etc
   but nothing suspicious

2. changed libreoffice userprofile to factory default

3. sudo pacman -Rs libreoffice-still   and  sudo pacman -S libreoffice-still

4. since i use xfce , go to settings -> session and startup     find any suspicious but nothing

Anything in ~/.config/autostart?

Nothing special

R_alt to hangul.desktop
caps to ctrl.desktop

which i made them with xkbdmap (or similar to this word)

xfce4-power-manager.desktop
at-spi-dbus-bus.desktop

which i didn't make them but i don't thing they cause 'auto libreoffice startup' trouble.

Some file managers also do session management, might be worth looking into.

did you deactivate automatic saving of the session in settings > session and startup > genetal settings? just am idea ;-)

Some file managers also do session management, might be worth looking into.

In my case, the answer was "clear the session"

I do not automatically save the session but for some reasons (may be while i'm upgrading) session of libreoffice saved

wiki.xfce was really helpful and i found there is gui version of clearing sessions in xfce4 ( or just remove subdirectories of .cache/sessions/)

I simply do that and now problem solved

One little thing with XFCE and this happens sometimes on a Whisker Menu update.  When you choose the power button from within the Whisker Menu for shutdown/reboot/etc, there is a checkbox for "save sessions for future logins", be sure this is unchecked.  This little checkbox is global so no matter how you choose to shutdown (terminal, panel launcher, etc) if this is enabled it'll save your session. Also after you untick that option from within the settings GUI under sessions and startup, you'll want to go in and clear the current session.  Reboot and your good to go.  I've run into many problems not realizing that option was checked.
