Mouse and network adapter sometimes not recognized at boot

Hi,

I have the following problem. Every time I reboot my laptop (Samsung NP35E7C-A04DE) it is pure luck wether my mouse and networkcard a recognized at boot. I can't reproduce this error, so the only thing I can do to use it, is to reboot as often as both devices are
recognized.

If I just suspend my laptop and wake it up, everything still works. I'm the opposite of an expert when it comes to hardware related problems. And I really don't know how to fix this myself.

I hope dmesg logs of different boot ups could help to find the root of this problem, so I include the here.

dmesg of a working boot:
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/zmqtrBkNm4/

dmesg of a boot with frequently occuring usb errors:
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/kYp9rqH4g4/

and one where the network card does not show up when using ip a, lsusb or lspci:
https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/bnhs9q3tYM/

I hope these logs can provide some help in finding the error.
