KDE show bottom taskbar on all monitors? No panels on external display

Hello,

I have only one external display connected to my Dell XPS13 9560.
Under Displays - System Settings, I have set Primary Display as "No Primary Output"

The default "Taskbar Panel" including "Task Manager" looks great, but how to I replicate it on the external display?
Ideally there would be a "Show Panel on All Displays" that I could just select... but I haven't found that.

Also,  whenever I click "Add Panel" from anywhere on the 2nd display, whether I select the "Default Panel" that I really want or even just "Empty Panel", the panel actually gets created on the primary (laptop) display, not the external display.

Any tips on this?
