Black screen on boot

I've just bought a Ryzen 5 2400 and a Gigabyte A320M-S2H. The install pendrive starts to boot but before the prompt the screen goes black and never recovers. I had to hard reset the computer.
I managed to install Arch using the kernel option nomodeset, but with this option the amdgpu driver does not work and I get not desktop.
How may I get Xorg working?

Thanks for the response. I'll test it when I get back home.
For now I've made it work using the kernel option rcu_nocbs=0-7  (where 7 is the number of threads the CPU can handle minus one). It's somewhat unstable, must deactivate standby.
