Fcitx doesn't work in certain applications (that it should)

KDE 5.12
In applications like urxvt, sublime text (and even emacs) ctrl+space doesn't work to switch to other languages.

I have tried the steps:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … nalization
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=234177
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fcitx
but the problem still persists.

Re: Fcitx doesn't work in certain applications (that it should)

According to their entry on the hall of shame sublime seems to conflict on the default shortcut.
