[SOLVED] KDE systematically freezing

Hello.
After last update, my KDE desktop often freezes when I switch window with ALT-TAB, or resizing window dragging against edges. Mouse pointer is still visible and reacts, but nothing answers at pressing.
Moreover, after suspension screen is always black and I can't insert password, so I can only switch to tty and restart X server.
Logs (dmesg and X logs) doesn't display anything suspicious.
At the moment I'm using KDE plasma 5.12.5-1.

Last update means something different for everyone, What exactly was updated? Post a pacman.log, graphics driver in use, what's in your journal? Are you using testing? There are known issues with xorg 1.20 and the modesetting driver and KDE (don't have a link handy, but I'm sure I've read that somewhere).

If you are on Testing, downgrade from Xorg 1.20 to Xorg 1.19.

Last update means something different for everyone, What exactly was updated? Post a pacman.log, graphics driver in use, what's in your journal? Are you using testing? There are known issues with xorg 1.20 and the modesetting driver and KDE (don't have a link handy, but I'm sure I've read that somewhere).

My last pacman.log is a bit long. I can extract some significant updates

linux-lts (4.14.34-1 -> 4.14.40-1)
plasma-desktop (5.12.4-2 -> 5.12.5-1)

nvidia-lts (1:390.48-1 -> 1:396.24-1
bbswitch-dkms (0.8-123 -> 0.8-134)

I have both intel (integrated) and nvidia video card, but the last one is turned off via bbswitch so (i think) should not be relevant.

My journal does not contain significative infos. When graphic hangs i get only this

No, I'm not using testing repos, but I'm using lts kernel

You are using testing, you wouldn't have that xorg-server otherwise. And it's alarming that you are not aware of this. If you don't want to use testing, comment the testing repos in your /etc/pacman.conf and run a

pacman -Syyuu

to down/upgrade to a supported/stable set of software.

Perfect, downgrading xorg and intel drivers the problem is solved, thanks!
I'm sorry for the "false alarm", I normally not use testing repo, I enabled it some time ago trying solving another problem then I probably forgot to comment it out.
I'll mark as solved.

It technically isn't a false alarm, as there indeed is an issue with that xorg version and KDE but proper and conscious tracking of that should likely happen on the proper channels, will see if I can dig up th bug report somewhere.
