Official Docker image

Searching for Archlinux Docker image I found

archlinux/base

and

base/archlinux

and I think the official image is the first one (linked from wiki).

Is this correct? What is it the second one?
It has 1M+ of downloads while 'archlinux/base' has just 10k of downloads.

What are the differences?

The latter seems more active, and with more info... It also weights +50MB than the former...
