KDE Plasma: Do not switch off the screen when the HDMI is disconnected

Hi guys, is it possible to keep the screen enabled when the HDMI cable is disconnected on KDE? On Xfce there's an option called "Configure new displays when connected" in the Display settings that does this.
I think i could manage to do it by disabling the kscreen autoload and forcing KDE to use the Xorg monitor conf but maybe there's a better option. Thanks!

Adding

Option "HotPlug" "false"

to my 20-intel.conf did the trick.
