reboot / shutdown without sudo [solved]

Is there a way to reboot and shutdown without sudo on a normal user account? I've been tryng to figure this out for awhile. The reason I ask is because I use ob3 now and not gnome which had the support for reboot and shutdown as a normal user. Right now, I am using:

gnomesu shutdown

Ect, to prompt me with su access to shutdown / reboot. BUt,I don't like having the need to enter root password to do this. I refuse to use sudo! Lol.

check this in the wiki Allow_users_to_shutdown

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
