PCI/GPU Passthrough - QEMU/KVM shows wrong GPU

Hey,
I am trying to passthrough my 1070ti. I followed these instructions and I guess I was successful isolating the 1070ti.
But when I am in QEMU/KVM and I try to passthrough the 1070ti it only shows me my GT 710B and I just can't figure out what I did wrong or what I missed.

Does someone know how this can happen and how I can fix this?

Thx in advance!

iommu script + groups
QEMU/KVM only shows GT 710B

post lspci -k , dmesg and /etc/modprobe.d/vfio.conf .

Also the output of the script at Ensuring that the groups are valid

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)

Re: PCI/GPU Passthrough - QEMU/KVM shows wrong GPU

Okay, so I did it all over again and now it works. I added the GPU via "add hardware" then I booted up the VM, while having a 2nd monitor plugged into the GPU that was passed through. QEMU/KVM says the VM is running but the 2nd monitor doesn't get a signal hmm
