Touchpad buttons and tap to click not working in fresh arch linux.

Hello,

I have installed an arch linux with LTS kernel and LTS-headers and DE as XFCE4.

Touchpad device displayed in xfce4-settings -> SynPS/2 Synaptics Touchpad.

I have installed xf86-input-libinput and there is 1 configuration file in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf. But still I am facing below issues:
1. My normal button click of touchpad not working.
2. I also activated tap to click from xfce4-settings -> Mouse and Touchpad. This works, but when I logout/restart the machine, then tap to click is not working.

Can anyone guide me how to get this two features working.
