plasma-workspace-5.13.0-1 ignores the config files.

With plasma-workspace-5.13.0-1, in folder view, I can no longer change anything in my desktop. It always starts with a black wallpaper with the icons in rows. I can''t even move the in arbitrary places.

It seems plasma-workspace-5.13.0-1 completely ignores the plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc config file.

Anyone else face the same issue?

No, everything works fine on my system with 5.13.0-1
Try with a virgin new user ?

OK I had to scrap the config file (plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc) and start all over again.

Its still difficult to move icons though. The example bellow is with a freshly created user.
