I have tried every methods of internet even have no sound.

I have installed alsa and pulseaudio accroding to archlinux installation guide, and also installed pavucontrol and I can see output is correctly in tabs Playback and OutputDevices, that is:

Then why is jackd running as well?
pacman -Qi pulseaudio
Rule #1 to debug sound related issues: stop all sound daemons, check the mixer states and whether you get sound w/ only alsa.

Of course they can, but you stated to have installed alsa and PA and didn't mention the jack installation (and how you chained PA and Jack) at all…

Uhh...I have windows 10 and archlinux installed on a laptop, and I found that if I boot into windows 10 and next time when I boot into archlinux there is no audio any more...What The...?Is that windows 10 do something about sound card?
And I can run alsabat-test.sh to obain audio again.
