Laptop onboard input not working at initial boot

So, I have all drivers installed and at the moment everything is working fine, but it seems that whenever I shutdown the laptop fully and boot from there, the touchpad, trackpoint and keyboard don't load and don't respond. Luckily, the touchscreen and power button work, so I can reboot from there, and after rebooting once or twice sometimes, it ends up loading everything normally and every reboot after that works fine until I fully shutdown or hibernate again.
USB keyboard and mouse work regardless.
