[Bugtracker] Allow Markdown in details/comments

The comments in AUR allow the use of some Markdown. But in bugtracker nothing can be formatted.
I think it would be useful allow post in bugtracker with code formatting ```....```, program/command names like `name`, *bold*, _italic_, lists, etc.

Until Flyspray is replaced, you are unlikely to see markdown support/any functionality improvements.
