lib32-systemd 239.0-1 mismatch with systemd 238.133-4

systemd 238.133-4 is in core but lib32-systemd 239.0-1 was just moved from multilib-testing to multilib if I am following the updates correctly.
Was this intentional,  repositories out of sync or an oversight?

It could be any of the reasons given, but is it actually a problem?

I do not know so my original post should have reflected that question as well.  libsystemd.so.0.22.0 -> libsystemd.so.0.23.0 is the only .so version change.
