[solved] mkfs.f2fs can not do option -feature lost_found

read about -O lost_found for f2fs as of 4.17 kernel pull.
booted from July install download with 4.17.3 kernel
tried mkfs.f2fs  [other options] /dev/sdg1 -O lost_found
ERROR: wrong features
Tried with ' or "  and capital letters same error.
Tried -O encrypt , then ssds formated {no encript passwd ? }
Then ran strings on another computers program mkfs.f2fs dated jan30
saw encrypt and error wrong features NOT lost_found ?
Looked at the file mkfs.f2fs same jan30 date? on 6ssd machine
that had the error.

Maybe not.

If you're not afraid of problems you could enable [testing] repo in /etc/pacman.conf on the live-iso .

Then run pacman  -Syu f2fs-tools .
You will be instaling using [testing] then, once f2fs-tools is moved you can revert to non-testing if desired

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)
