How to get KDE apps working with i3+polybar

Hi,
I've found a few tutorials about replacing kwin with i3. But I don't want everything from KDE I want just Qt theme, fonts and apps (konsole, dolphin, KDE connect...). How can I achieve that?
So far I've tried to copy Qt themes from somewhere and then apply it on my system but without success. I believe there is super easy way like installing few packages that will do all the work.

I'm not quite sure what the problem is. Just install the themes ,fonts and applications that you want to use and configure them by reading the wiki...
