Bluetooth working before reinstall, but not anymore

I had an issue a while back with my wifi not working at all. No matter what I did, I could not get a connection any longer, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled, tried different programs, everything. I ended up reinstalling Arch completely, and after getting set back up, I can no longer use bluetooth. It's built in to my wifi card, model BCM20702A0 (the bluetooth module) and it was working just fine before the reinstall. When I first set this laptop up with Arch I had issues with the driver, so I've tried recreating the steps I did to fix that originally to see if that had anything to do with it. I've tried multiple drivers, and uninstalling/reinstalling my bluetooth tools. I can't even see BT in

lspci -k

or

lsusb

(outputs below). I'm at a loss here, any help is greatly appreciated.
