shellcheck package keep changing release

Hi!

Problably something dumb I'm missing but I seen that shellcheck[0] keep getting its
pkgrel changed but nothing else.

What's the point of that?

If you'll expand the commit messages, you'll notice that every single time it states that it is being rebuilt with a newer version of one of its dependencies.

This is haskell, which has no stable ABI, so yes, updating one thing requires rebuilding every single package which depends on it, recursively.

It needs rebuilding every time its haskell dependencies are updated.
