Hello all!
I'm trying to install the program, but it does not start:
gens: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: can not open shared object file: No such file or directoryHelp me please!

That warning is unlikely to be the cause of your issue.
What is the program you are trying to run? Do you get any messages if you try to run it from a terminal?

Looks like this is a packaging bug, I've opened the following report: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/59399
Note that you don't actually need lib32-glu, but that pulls in the actual package you need -- lib32-libglvnd -- as a dependency.
