Hello everyone
I try to connect to a bluetooth device. This was working a while ago, but somewhere along the route, it broke. Not sure what (or how I) broke it.
I connect to an external speaker via bluetooth. For this I use bluetoothctl. The connection seems to work fine, at least bluetoothctl reports it is connected by changing its prompt, and the bluetooth device also reports that I am "connected successfully" in a beautiful English with Chinese dialect. However, no sound is heard through the speakers. In pavucontrol, I can only select "Speakers" (which are the ones from my laptop), "Line Out (unplugged)" and "Headphones (unplugged)".
I'm afraid I don't know how to debug this any further. How can I get sound on my bluetooth speakers?
Every help is much appreciated! Thanks!

In pavucontrol, does it appear under output devices?
In bluetoothctl, that is the output of info <the mac address of your device that does not work> ?

That all looks good. (except maybe the trusted field) Have you installed pulseaudio-bluetooth package?

Yes, it's installed. I just reinstalled it, but it didn't help.
