Wrong battery and thermal info.

Recently I started having a weird problem, the battery and thermal info is all wrong. acpi list my battery as always charging and full (even if its clearly not full or charging), and the temperature is always the same (60ºC)

acpi -V: (without charger and a little discharged)

[julian@GlaDOS-NET ~]$ acpi -V
Battery 0: Charging, 100%,  until charged
Battery 0: design capacity 4300 mAh, last full capacity 4200 mAh = 97%
Adapter 0: on-line
Thermal 0: ok, 60.0 degrees C
Thermal 0: trip point 0 switches to mode critical at temperature 95.0 degrees C
Thermal 0: trip point 1 switches to mode passive at temperature 92.0 degrees C
Cooling 0: Processor 0 of 10
Cooling 1: Processor 0 of 10
Cooling 2: Processor 0 of 10
Cooling 3: LCD 0 of 10
Cooling 4: Processor 0 of 10

acpi -t: (with the same parameters)

[julian@GlaDOS-NET ~]$ acpi -t
Thermal 0: ok, 60.0 degrees C

If i use the linux-lts kernel everything works fine, but I want to find a way to fix this.
I used the linux-mainline kernel, but I found the same bug, so it started on linux 4.17 and in 4.18 is still there. My model is an ASUS EEEpc 1215p. I welcome any help.
